Thursday 15th

8 am Depart by bus for Arrowtown
9am Arrowtown Museum programme

Arrowtown Museum programme
3.45pm Return to Cromwell
Swim/ rest/ game
6pm evening Meal and Clean up
7.pm Camp activities
8.45pm supper
9.30pm lights out

Friday 16th
7am Wake up Breakfast Make lunches Clean up
Depart for Roxborough
lunch in park
Depart for Sacred Heart
Arrival time approx 2.45pm

Equipment list EVERYTHING MUST BE NAMED

Day pack to be carried with them on board bus:
Drink bottle, hat/cap, jacket,
(Optional- camera-Suntan Lotion, Sunglasses-Book)
Packed lunch for the first day.
NB. one long sleeved shirt, long trousers and shoes to be worn first day by all adults and children (for dam safety rules)

Bag stowed in bus boot:
Clothes
Bathing suit & swimming towel
Wetsuit if available ( Advisable)
Water shoes (optional)
Ploy prop top and leggings ( Must have for kayaking)
Shorts
socks
underwear
T- shirt
Long trousers ( for dam)
Sandals/jandals
Warm sweatshirt or polar fleece
warm PJ’s,
Walking/gym shoes
Other Equipment
toilet bag + Tbrush, etc
sheet to put over matress
Pillow & Sleeping Bag in plastic bag
Towel for shower
Insect repellent
Tissues
Super market bags for wet/dirty laundry

Cellphones, mp3 players, handheld games, i-pads or i-touchs Sweets or chewing gum of any sort. Cans or bottles of fizzy drink
